- Arts Education: Grants that focus on the development of creativity in young people who are currently enrolled in New York City Public Schools. This includes classroom partnerships and after school programs.
- Community Service and Civic Engagement: Grants that respond to increasing threats to our democracy arising from and reflecting our divided society and that help to develop an empowered and active citizenry across a range of issues. This includes but is not limited to funding for grassroots and community-based organizations in NYC, youth organizing, and for organizations providing technical assistance to movement-building and community-based organizations.
